chinese food is very unhealthy, lets all eat italian and french cuisine. Western Cuisines are much more healthier than chinese food

depends on which western cuisine. actually asian cuisines can be very healthy, soy, kimchi, salmon, tofu, mushrooms, japanese food, etc.just that those chap farn restaurants sell a lot of fried stuff, oily curry, veges cooked to the max, etc....not very healthy...and they give u too much rice...fat fat fat

not to mention every chinese cuisine is unhealthy, but an average chinese malaysian lifestyle involves lots and lots of oil, and i prefer to cut down the oil and use olive oil instead ( a price to pay for good health). Olive oil rocks thumbup.gif . American burgers arent that healthy either.
ive went through italian and french cookbooks, very little of them involves using cooking oil and uses olive oil and fruits to cook their meals, and damn its tasty drool.gif . I bet you wont eat as much tomatoes as you would while eating tomato based spaghetti. Japanese food is good too, look at how many of them are actually fat or obese biggrin.gif
