yoshhh...im in gamefest now and cs1.6 players had already been gather around since 930am...stay on this thread to get the latest update..live from MMU GameFest 2

10:27AM - 5 more mins and cs and cod4 competition will start. DoTA will start at 11am

10:50AM - COD4 area is starting to attract crowd ^^

11.12AM - CS players had been in their position. Gila besar mousepad =P

instead of results..i give some review over some team's performance in Gamfest2...

In DoTA, there is one team who manage to break other's fountain..yes, I am correct...they destroyed other's fountain which is team k2..in another match, one of their players actually own 2 divine rapier at the end game(1 of it is picked up but ain't sure belong to whose)...their team leader in 1 of their matches bought divine rapier as 2nd item after power thread as it's 1st item for his drawen sniper. Perhaps the team they faced with is less competitive but this team will sure be one of the highlighted team tomorrow.

There are 2 teams which drew most crowd...the one mushi playing in(Nirvana.MY) and the one Yamateh playing in...in Yamateh 1st game, he chosen goblin techies which perhaps shock some of us as it had never been really used in competitive dota competition.

In CS, there are a few teams to highlight such as TYT, Amatuer, Div, LZ and 1 more I aint sure their name as they don't have clan tag in front(I know one of their member is from FMJ and they are sponsored by steelseries too from what I can see). I watched 2 to 3 DiV games and I can say it's great teamwork among them(well, just cut out the part that the leader shout out loud). LZ came in late, after 6pm if I'm not mistaken and their 1st game was a complete victory(well, fit with my impression of them).

CoD4...I didnt notice much about them but there are some yelling and claps...I heard there is a yellow card issued from ESPGL to one of players when he yell "What the F***?"

yea...as one of the not so important gamefest committee member, I feel this gamefest is quite nice(I never attend such event before anyway)..

cod 4 installation was not by us...espgl install them early morning around 8am.... only dota & cs were installed by us...

closing ceremony clash with games as by plan, all games should be end on 6pm which is the closing ceremony time.


The LCD, i had personally play on the pc the dae before gamefest and I feel the screen got alot of reflection due to the glass...all the lcd I use so far doesnt have a plastic glass like that...and i can see a lot reflection which is not nice for me..So i tink that might be the issue where you feel the screen was like one kind in CS...dota was fine...cod4 one is still ok too...
