Maybank IB got a buy call for KNM...

KNM Group RM0.805: Buy
- Kitchen sinking before corporate move
Cleaning up. An apparent kitchen sinking exercise in
4Q09, following a business acquisition offer (completion
pending a due diligence), was only to be expected. The
offer price, equivalent to RM0.90 per KNM share, 12%
above current levels, should cap downside risk to share
price, unless there is a revision to the offer price.
Immediate focus would be on the corporate offer, rather
than the poor 4Q09 results. Our TP pegs the stock at 12x
2011 EPS.

AND SUNCITY:-

Sunway City RM3.30: Buy
- Showing true colours
A whopping 76 sen/share revaluation gain raised SCity’s
NAV by 21% from June 08. 18M09 core net profit of
RM207m exceeded our RM191m forecast. Its plan to
unlock value via the listing of Malaysia’s largest REIT by
asset size in 2010 will help re-rate this under-appreciated
stock. We raised our TP to RM4.80 on 25% discount to our
new RNAV, which implies a forward PER of 13.5x. Buy.

Alam Maritim Resources RM1.77: Buy
- Navigating new growth
Results met expectation. Alam Maritim’s 4Q and 2009
results were in line. We are maintaining our earnings
forecasts, with potential upgrade on new strategic marine
asset acquisitions (i.e. rigs, pipe-laying vessels). Valuations
are cheap given the earnings visibility, with the stock
offering a 2-year net profit CAGR of 16%. Maintain Buy with
a RM2.40 TP (+36%), based on 3-year historical mean PER
of 10x on 2011 core earnings.

Hock Seng Lee RM1.27: Buy
- Strong growth momentum to continue
Upside surprise. RM17.6m 4Q09 net profit (+60% YoY,
+14% QoQ) surprised on stronger-than-expected margins.
This lifted 2009’s net profit to RM56.3m, above our RM53m
forecast, delivering a very strong 35% growth. Margins
should remain robust – we raise our 2010-11 earnings
forecasts by 10% p.a. TP is raised to RM1.75 based on
unchanged 12x earnings as we roll over our valuation
period. Buy.

I think the Rm0.10 should be paid already earlier one. MIDF upgrades TP to RM2.94 (from RM2.71).
