What fees and charges need to pay when buying subsale house(completed unit)?
May i know how to calculate those fees and charge for my own estimation.
For bank loan package (ZEC), what fees and charge is observe by bank and which fees and charges is pay by the buyer?
When apply for loan, what thing i need to take note?
