Does any of the sifus here know if it is possible to sell a condo under construction?

I purchased a condo in 2008 and took an 80% loan with the bank. The condo is about 75% completed.

Thank you in advance!!

Yes you can sell it.
Please consult your lawyers for the laws and get a buyer.

Read the agreement, follow by talking to your lawyer.

Or just called up the developer...

Different developer draft different T&C

any property under master tittle u will need developer consent to sell, loan side u pretty much have to fork out the balance of the loan tht hasn't disbursed by bank to the developer 1st.

No. You don;t fork out balance to the developer upfront. Consult a lawyer.
