Not really. I don't download 24/7. I only download what I want. Should have made myself clear the first time. I can achieve that easily if I were to go full throttle non stop. But mostly 20-30gb per week. And that's only me. I have 3 other users here who mostly browse and whatnot.

Don't be an idiot. Although initially it's only in the Klang Valley, but it will spread from there. It will just take longer for areas outside of that.
