in my oppinion, the price will be standard because of the product standardization and in indonesia, they have their own custom luthier which is way cheaper than the mass production and you can get to choose what you want to do with the guitar and they can even replicate it.

i think they make squiers in indonesia. hmm.gif stuff not manufactured there shouldnt be much cheaper. the hassle of bringing it on the plane defeats the purpose anyway

yeah slightly cheaper.. but no high end stuff lah coz they also need to import in from US/europe

but they can sure make awesome clones! That is as good or even better than the real one.

Anyway, where to buy guitars the cheapest ah?

I'll be travelling to London end of the month, so i thought if stuff there is cheap even after conversion I'd want to buy a Bass guitar.

Actually , i am at Indonesia now ..

Factories are in Jawa & Bali
Retail shops are in Jakarta ...

I think ...Malaysia cheaper .
The only things that are cheaper here are - Yamaha & Cort .
They also have some local guitar brands and local amp brands , i don't know how to compare the price .

Thats about it .

Cheaper for sure. However I never like the quality of any music instruments made in Indon. Felt so wrong!

Elaboration? Sounds like you've got your hands on quite a number of Indonesian axes.
