In your case, the cost of making that bracket may not justify it.

Maybe, you can find a suitable YSS shock, grind it if needed, and fit it.
YSS for TZM only 110 at most what?

jz go machine shop or foundry.. show the pic and giv them necessary measurements and VOILA!!

bizzy, in standard form, LC can corner better than 125Z on Penang road, because the road condition is too bumpy. The handling is more neutral compared to slightly panic handling on Z. However, extreme curves like Teluk Bahang favors 125Z more because of stiffer suspension setup.

For uphill and downhill run, seriously, don't push it on the first round. We may have good skills, but the road condition can betray us anytime. So, inspect the road first.

In corners, basically we gotta feel our bike, try to maintain the smoothness while pushing hard. The weight shifting must be done very nicely to achieve an overall neutral steer characteristic.

dragonK: it is good to have 1" more suspension travel. It is more comfortable this way. However, when u lift the rear too high, there is not enough weight at the rear, thus less wheel traction. Drag bike has higher buttock because their acceleration is too fuking strong. Using stock height, the front lifts up too easily. BUTTT, don't ever try to corner with drag bike suspension setup even when the tayar is changed to normal size. It sux!

Suspension must always match with the engine power curve, tyre size and the type of application (circuit, drag, mountain) to maximize the bike potential in corners. No fix theory, it is an art.

Too bad, LC's fully adjustable suspension cost more than RM1k, and no one knows how to service.

haha.. good choice then.. =)  hey.. if mod standard exhaust.. usually foreman will cut off the old manifold off and chg bigger right..? and also the inner pipe...? true..? and the sound usually will go loud right..? haha.. but usually how loud can it go..? and how much is it..?  until now i dunno where is Bee Hock la.. haha.. =)

Tayar sidewall too high is bad for cornering, esp if the sidewall is soft. I strongly suggest low profile tayar.
