Guys do you think tat a notepad cooler is necessary for the m11x?

i already suspect that my m11x will not be delivered so soon.... it is most likely a scheme the local Dell thought of, just to get more order before the years end.

Anyway just as long as my Lappie arrive at my place at 1st of March then i will be ok.

Today is Sunday.... sure no one answer u.
Didnt they put a notice at their site saying pls call on Weekdays.

Me estimate arrival date is
02-Mar-2010

Although my Estimate Arrival date states 2nd March but since my order in the early February till now the status still stay in the Work in Progress.
Wonder is the system being updated or not???

I just chk back and found tat my order was confirm at 4 FEB but seems like some others tat got their order place later than mine already have a more early arrival date than my 2nd of March.

Need to know so i can complain to their SA.

I just receive a call frm my SA about my m11x

She told me tat my m11x was delay and is still in the work in progress becoz lack of part.... I was like WTF

my order was place & confirm on 4th February!!!!
The status stay stuck at the work-in-progress for 2 weeks and now she call and tell me no parts.

I believe some others bro here who made the order later than mine has at least reach the arrival at local kastam or may have already receive theirs.


So i am not really very happy with this case since she cant confirm when i can get mine. What should i do? Complain to the Dell Sales Manager but i dun think i will get anything else beside another dozen of useless SORRY. I think i want to request some stuff frm them.

Any suggestion and advice?

What i did was..... i call the SA and directly ask her / him will they be discount.

Just try and give them a call and dun feel nervous, u paid them money so u shouldnt be affraid.

i was always going to release rage on their Sales Manager today but since they are onli 2 days late frm their delivery date i just let them live for now.

then call them to arrange deliver later loh. Or unless u trust ur security guard or hostel worker then u can let them collect for u.
