QUOTE(Mr.Docter @ Mar 29 2010, 06:40 PM) are you referring to 5870 Desktop variant? realy ? aww that sarks =(because 5870 Mobility cannot fit into M15x casing. not even its heatsink well , i know my frens Sager 15.6' lappy which came with a 280gtx , he change it to the 5870 after 2 months and its running perfectly now . |

if ur just getting base specs for m15x , rather go for the G-73 , for ur gaming needs perspective la, much more powerful and cheaper -.-" unless u WANT an Alienware for design and bragging rights xP then by all means.

QUOTE(trogdor1oh1 @ Mar 29 2010, 10:09 PM) I didn't buy an M15x for the style and design at all, I just wanted a good gaming rig. depents on 1's perspective, nobody is wrong Does that mean I spent money wrong? ._. QUOTE(Michaelbyz23 @ Mar 29 2010, 10:10 PM) asus that model is 17 inch my dear.. no one compares laptop with different size. im just saying if he wants a desktop replacement for hardcore gaming , and doesnt wanna spend so much , why not get 1 value for money d ? the gtx240 probably last bout at most 1 year on games on high settings. And the usual case is people dont compare 17 with 15 cuz 17 is sure to be much more exp and portability , which in this case are not much difference if u wanan compare, get a 15 inch and compare asus that model can be compared with 17 inch m17x but , as i also said , if he WANTS an AlienWare , by all means xP id also had that mind set , choosing the design/performance over value/performance , AW vs Sager , and i ended up with AW for the bragging rights. Only thing difference here is our budget i guese. |

QUOTE(matsuo19amon @ Mar 30 2010, 01:51 AM) Hi guys. I wonder if I can ask question about Alienware Dell delivery here. Please excuse me if I'm not at the right thread to post. I'm planning on buying an M15x within this week, and I'm quite concerned about the delivery process, so I would like to request to those who have bought one recently to share with me if got any problem with the service/delivery etc... Thanks! so far for the m15x and m17x users , i think the longest wait was 2 weeks after payment is cleared which i felt reasonable , but the wait would be like hell la xPas for the m11x , afew was delayed , erm due to shortage of parts or what so ever U should not have problems with delivery after ur payment is cleared bro , cheers |
