Bench Press: 50 kg
Squat: 80kg
Deadlift: 100kg (Just did it today, in fact.)
Not a fan of benching in general. Can't seem to feel my pecs as opposed to using dumbbells and cables. My squat sucks whereas my DL has plateaued. But, folks, it's not about the weight, it's how you do it.
Ok, that was talk of a weakling.
