Squat: 80kg
Deadlift: 80kg
the weakest among the rest i know
currently on serious cutting regime (last nov bf% was 33 and now down to 27% - checked last 2 weeks)
aiming to get 20% by june or august latest
currently, my weight lifting is affected due to serious cardio and focusing on serious calisthenics (circuits)
oh well, will get the strength back once im back in the game
