Hi guys, got a question here, ever since I started lifting weights I've been plagued by aches, mainly at the joints, have recovered from elbow pains (from both arms, different timings though), and both wrists. Currently recovering from a minor wrist sprain. Now, it might be from overlifting but I am always careful to moderate my weights, not just blindly following what my gym mates pull. So far I've been able to get 10 x 3 reps for most of the weights.
Question is, should I be starting on calcium pills or something. Need some advice on nutrition for this. Many thanks!

Oh, I have a bad back as well sad.gif. I'm only 27 would you believe that.

Thanks, will do. Can kindly recommend any glucosamine products or any shops where i can buy them?

Thanks a bunch for the reply pizzaboy. Well tbh I wouldn't say my problem is that serious, all my injuries so far have recovered well and happy to say I didnt reinjure them so far. I was kinda wondering if my body wasnt used to the load stress maybe? Could be the forms though, will ask my gym mates to keep a better lookout if I'm doing anything wrong still biggrin.gif.

Shall be looking out for the products you recommended, need to do my own research on this myself before buying it. tyvm biggrin.gif you've been a great help!

edit: oh yeah, wont be so anal to get to 10 reps anymore then, haha.
