Hi guys, got a question here, ever since I started lifting weights I've been plagued by aches, mainly at the joints, have recovered from elbow pains (from both arms, different timings though), and both wrists. Currently recovering from a minor wrist sprain. Now, it might be from overlifting but I am always careful to moderate my weights, not just blindly following what my gym mates pull. So far I've been able to get 10 x 3 reps for most of the weights.
Question is, should I be starting on calcium pills or something. Need some advice on nutrition for this. Many thanks!

Oh, I have a bad back as well sad.gif. I'm only 27 would you believe that.

First thing to do is always to lower the weight and assess your form. You might also wanna start on some glucosamine.

I'd believe that. I'm 17 and I've got a back injury. wink.gif
