rico,mayb u can try my method 1st. Easy on the pedal.
Dont rush when u start to move, early brake and most important is dont always drop gear. I take corner 60km/h at 5th gear and just step lightly until it reach 80 and above.

actually i target around 700 but 600 is acceptable la.
also limit ur speed to 110 only, even in hiway. mostly i drive around 80-100 only.
but really tiring ur ankle. haha...
drive like that for 2weeks is horrible and u need to manage ur time also. if not, u will stuck in traffic jam.
