Already entered the serial number when prompted. It doesn't happen all the time. About once every 5 games or so.

I believe you get a t-shirt in addition to a poster (while stocks last, of course) when you pre-order before the 28th of Feb. It wasn't so much the lack of the Tee that annoyed me but rather the crappy customer service I encountered. A curt "Too bad for you. No T-shirt" isn't good customer service. Oh well, looks like I'll have to resort to getting my games from Steam in the future.

On another note, does anyone know of some decent low-ping servers? Been playing on the US servers and holy hell, 600ping is le suck sad.gif

i paid fully on 11/02, and i also got a tshirt when i went to collect around 4pm just now.
u shouldve just talked to Chow, that skinny chinese guy there instead of the girl.

Yea, he's the guy I usually talk with when I order my games but he wasn't in the store when I went there. The lady said he popped out for a bit. Pity. Oh well, it's over and done with. Time to find me a good server to play on. If folks are looking for teammates, hit me up sometime. IGN: Tabulas

Have you tried adding the list of Fragnetics servers to your game settings file?

uh, should i call them and ask for a t-shirt? I pre-ordered, but I didn't make full payment because I didn't have the telephone baking authorization code -- they said it would be okay and I could pay in store.

Got my copy at TSB. Sadly 2 hours+ later, im still troubleshooting since i cant join any game server because of stupid pb which I "accidently" disagreed to install at setup. Now i give up, reinstalling the game right now. Sad man sad.gif
