hhmmm...sounds like the pin not making contact...cheap HDMI cable?? Or the XBOX HDMI port is defective(bad bulit quality, misaligned)? I think it's more likely cheap HDMI cable where the head is not build to exact size.Probably would send back to the tech to align the HDMI port for me.
