Hi girls, was thinking of getting a hair curler and maybe a hair straightening iron, any good recommendations of which model/brand to get?

What should I look out for when getting one? I heard that ceramic ones are good? Is that true? Also, I saw some forummers selling some curlers (China brand), very affordable price, are they good? Anyone tried them before? Because I was very tempted to get one myself. biggrin.gif

Thanks a lot in advance. smile.gif

Hi everyone , I'm hair guru here to help you all find out the best answer or solution. Trust me just use babyliss is good enough for u all. No need go for too complicated like 2 in 1 or 3 in 1. Trust me you won't use it or you don't know use it. Babyliss you can get from sungai Wang. Cheap and nice, just rm100++ only.

For hair curler, I recommend the Kiss Instawave Automatic Hair Curler. It is the easiest curler to use. You could find videos about it in YouTube. There are other automatic hair curlers that suck in hair, but I would much rather use spinners like Kiss Instawave cos it curls your hair openly so there is less chances that your hair is going to get stuck. And yup, ceramics are the most popular recommended curlers these days. The Kiss Instawave is ceramic. Pretty much most advanced curlers these days are ceramic I think. I don't know about curlers that are made in China. But I found some curlers that are sold in the US but made in China that are quite popular and has high ratings. I would suggest reading some reviews and watching YouTube. And yup, please get a curler. It is nice to look different once in a while. Here's the spinnerspinner I am talking about.

Good luck and hope this helps.

Always been a huge fan of GHD. Most of their irons can be used for hair straightening and curling so you really get a 2-in-1 kind of deal. I really love the Gold Classic Styler and GHD products are long lasting. I believe it's available in Lazada, but not sure if you get original ones there. I would recommend purchasing from a trusted seller so you get your money's worth.
