Why everyone punya FC damn nice figure one eh? My car almost 1 year this coming March still doesn't see much improvement. RM30 = 120KM(best figure). I don't revv 3k and above always keep to maximum 2.5k-2.8k rpm. My one M Line auto. Maybe because of 100% city driving but not much traffic jams so didn't reach 90km/h that often. =(

QUOTE(kaiwong @ Feb 17 2010, 06:34 PM) juz wanna ask. my saga blm around 1 year old. my idle rpm even after half an hour of drivin around is 900 to 1k. izzit normal? heard some rumors around thats the fact for the new saga engines. Is your Saga is auto? When you place to D it shows lower than 900 rpm, around 700-800 rpm. If you place to N should be around 900 rpm to 1k rpm. Yeah...I claimed mine one way long time ago. Last year around April. They took 3-4 days for the steering rack to arrive. That time they said my one very rare case because not many Saga owners had this kind of problem. So they took only few days for the part to arrive and fix it for me. Didn't know this problem persist in the newer generation of Proton Saga SE.

XD Hi about the rear brake irritating sound, what did your technician changed for you? My one replace brake pump also got that screeching sound. QUOTE(niu_niu @ Feb 24 2010, 07:56 PM) Went to REPLACE the steering rack of my SAGA SE today...after changed, noted that the steering now a bit tight and slight heavier compared to b4 doing the replacement. Anyone experienced the same thing after the change? So far...after they changed my steering rack, the steering feel is the same but to lock the steering is just turn a bit clockwise then it will lock. Before this I need to turn the steering like alot before it can lock the steering. The steering heavier when you cruise or doing parking? This post has been edited by klk89: Feb 24 2010, 09:05 PM

Is your power steering fluid after changed the steering rack still decreasing? If so...better go back to your SC and let them check. QUOTE(Vincent_A8fm @ Feb 25 2010, 06:28 PM) ohh... thx a lot... juz my 1st time labour charges... by the way... do u guy know polish or wax outside at shop... good or not?? can remove the minor scratches by waxing only?? or i must polish & wax only can remove it...??? I think you need to polish. Just now sent my mom's car to polish and wax because my mom's car full of scratches. Polish is to remove those dirt and scratch marks on the paint surface. Wax is like a layer of protection against water from sticking onto the paint surface. This post has been edited by klk89: Feb 25 2010, 07:02 PM

QUOTE(smokey @ Mar 2 2010, 11:23 PM) pioneer is good... but bear in mind that the area above the radio is curved originally...the new player's square plastic frame(the squarish like foto frame surrounding the player) cant fit on nicely... i modified mine but it does not look good...so i need to order from pioneer malaysia for replacement and waited for 1 month+ before it arrives... So means is it better to purchase other models from Clarion? I did noticed our player is slightly curved so it can fit properly. Maybe go for 2-DIN? That would cost a bomb right? QUOTE(ahucks @ Mar 21 2010, 12:36 PM) normal for manual... mine also can get those figure... Sigh....thought Auto can achieve at least those kind of figure. Maybe because driving at highway reduces FC. I usually drives at city area. So FC might be a little high. This post has been edited by klk89: Mar 21 2010, 08:09 PM

QUOTE(coolkwc @ Apr 1 2010, 10:54 PM) Since ur battery no warranty adi (>1 year), just tear away the sticker on top, open the nut by screw driver and add water. Our stock battery is 'fake' maintenance free. Oh really? Didn't knew beneath the battery sticker got screws to opened. Thanks for the advice. I will go open those screws and add battery water then. Any battery water also can right? Added on April 1, 2010, 11:48 pmQUOTE(goohtj @ Apr 1 2010, 11:31 PM) mine is 21months old, still ok, u need to add water... Your battery is it maintenance free one?
