hei guys...how long does your battery last?
The original that comes along with the car when you first take your car...

Darn...my car suddenly battery die liao...cannot start car....
Was thinking of bringing my car this sat to service...who knows the battery din last that long -.-"

Anyway, my car is only about 14mths old...
*
I had the same problem like u as well. It happens to me twice. Last week, it took me more than 4 times to push the key to START for more than 10 seconds for it to start. Before this, so forumers said that it might be the battery causing the problem. My car is almost 1 year plus. I don't think the battery would so fast dies off even though its maintenance free. I think it should last at least 2 years. Going to bring my car to SC to let them check. See whether is my battery low or starter problem.

any of you guys have experience in sending car to Hian Shin S.C. at SS17 Subang Jaya?
*
Went there to service my car. Not so good I would say. Especially the workers' attitude were lazy. Plus, they took hours just to rectify my rear brake screeching noise every time I send it for a service. Until now, my car's rear brakes screeching sound haven't been solved. Not recommended. Suggest you go either Glenmarie or Jalan 222 there.

but i have 60K free labor service with them since i bought the car from them. Usually how much the labor charge cost and what the oil they use/recommend?

Thanks
*
I can't really give you a figure but estimated is around RM56++ for their labour charge. As for the oil, they will use Shell Semi or Fully synthetic depending on your preference. They will show you a list of things to change and will calculate it roughly how much it cost for the whole service. If not mistaken, 60K service is a major one. Presume it would cost alot. Not too sure tho, you can go there and ask them. Since you had the free coupon, go ahead then. Can save you some money. =)

same with me bro..really annoying
*
Even normal cruising at 50km/h the sound is so annoying. I guess DIY your door panel with sound proofing materials can reduce the rattling sound plus enhance your sound system. As some members already did that on their car. I can't pry open my door panels after removing the 3 screws. Waiting for help here.

Make sure u loosen the handle first. For the handle, u need to push and slide towards front, after loosen that, the u can pry ur panel using ur bare hand, pry at gap under the speaker, there are some gap there, no need too gentle and dun worry as u won't damage it one. After that u have to seek your way to remove the stucked handle out of the panel before u can totally take off ur panel, word is hard to explain.
*
Haha...at least you have give me some precautionary steps before pry open it. Will DIY it later tonight. Thanks. =D
