HEY, someone help here.!
after doing the SHIFT+restore thing. I restored and somehow my i-tunes
closed by itself, and it was half way restoring firmware.
den on the nex go,Itunes restored my phone to factory settings.
and i lost all my contact and all other things.
i didnt get to make a backup with Itunes,
then i successfully updated my phone to v3 from v2.2.1
anyone help?

Did you sync yr contact with MS Exchange? If yes, you can sync back.

it was my first time Plugging my phone in to this new pc.
i did JB-ing b4 from 2.0 to 2.2.1 and stuff,
but i reformatted.
so this morning was my first time plugging in.
and normally it will auto sync right?
i duno it didn't.i only realised after i was looking for a sync history.
so is there anyways to recovers those files?

Shouldn't the contacts comes from your sim card? Just copy back the contacts from sim card to the phone again..as for other stuff, if you didnt backup, there's no way to get it back..

the contacts will be in the sim card?
like the iphone was saving the contacts in the simcard all the while?

How did you copy your contacts into the phone the first time (if not copy from the simcard)?
