i was only referring to the condition of the car.. without any reference to either the drivers or the passengers (knowing the fact that at any given high speed collision occurring, i'm not tryin to be smart, arguing the probability of surviving such crash to begin with)
when there's a total collapse of the car's structure/chassis.. my guess is, bmw would also be interested to find out and perhaps collect some data since it's a new car..
