For me, Wii connect direct to TV, no noticable delay, so I'd say less than 0.1s.
Of course, various issues in the environment can contribute to delay, including TV set and VGA box design. Some TV sets and VGA boxes are known to have very noticable delay due to poor processing speed. Same thing for video capture cards and computer capture software. Windows MCE is the worst offender, I notice that any input from the tuner card is delayed up to 5 seconds.

QUOTE(Matrix @ Feb 24 2010, 03:58 PM) I've read a report at tomshardware.com that the lag time is 0.1s...it's not official yet, as the test might not be accurate (using only manual stopwatch). But i wonder...for WII, how is the lag time (meaning how accurate does it represents the actual movement with the delay). I'm sure there are some delays in Wii. Anyone care to share? it's hardly noticeable on my end

I'm looking forward for Natal. Amazing stuff if they can pull it off. Imagine playing games without a controller like the movie 'Gamer'. Now that is awesome..
