Took out batt....waiting 5 mins to hard reset, Phoenix not even start programming files it failed already....damn that FPSX 2.0 on FP cant work on Phoenix...hope can revive

Xm any intructions....after Load Secondary Boot thing it failed, now batt out, i didnt try to turn on at all...so, now what to do...

What you're flashing from FPSX 2.0 is a .v22 extension file. Phoenix can only do .fpsx extension files, Xploit, i just found something in C:\Private\2001F63 that is taking up 1.1MB of space, mind analyse what file is that? Can it be deleted?
