Tried changing a OPDA DevCert from 17 caps to 20 caps and it worked. Should be useful for those who want to use ROMPatcher on Nokia firmwares without hacking it.
Also I found that a 20 caps root cert can be used to sign sis too, apparently the sis can be installed but it will tell you that it's from an untrusted source. The root cert I got is from FreeSign from this site:
