i hope they hired Hideo Kojima for Fallout 3. Then, we got plenty of amazing characters and twisted storyline.

QUOTE(Aggroboy @ Feb 8 2010, 02:26 PM) Yes yes, your fallout character is a cloned supersoldier with a twin cloned brother who you killed but has a remaining appendage attached to a mastermind in the hopes of securing nanotechnologies killswitch to conquer the world via nanodrones embedded in private mercenaries worldwide while you try to stop the mastermind you are aided by a cybernetic pretty boy whose memories may have been false but its ok your opponents include trauma victims encased in robot suits modelled after japanese fetish animals and some bisexual vampire ok fine you killed them but your genetic father's body is still there somewhere so you retrieve him and resurrect him for some weird epic death scene and lets you wonder wtf oh yeah the cybernetic pretty boy de-cyborged himself so thats cool too your storyline is crazy, nobody insane to make storyline like that.... |

maybe some of you already know about this, there is a company in Las Vegas named "Van Buren Insurance & Financial Services". When you open up wiki about Fallout (Van Buren), try read the plot and you see Fallout:New Vegas has the similar plot too (2 big faction fight each other near Hoover Dam). I think all the materials from Fallout:Van Bune project has been transfer/reuse to Fallout:New Vegas.

QUOTE(RangerKarl @ Jun 7 2010, 12:23 AM) Different teams. AP was kinda troubled to begin with. New Vegas has preexisting standards to adhere to....miniscule as they are agree. AP is built from scratch, so you can expect many problem with it. New Vegas is more like an improved Fallout 3, which has fixed many bugs from the the early version of f3. so they can focus more to the storyline. but if they screrw this up too, obsidian gonna be in my blacklist. |

6/10. Just prepare to see sloppy UI and dated graphic, but as Fallout fan, we dont really care about that , right? This post has been edited by mrhulk: Oct 18 2010, 11:16 AM |
