just my opinion; it would be better if the focus point is on her eyes (seems like more on her arm in the pic)..also i would prefer it just slightly darker, a bit bright now (or maybe it's just my monitor..)..

you should pay more attention to the composition first..the background is shakehead.gif

the face in the poster background half covered and the balloons looked like they are passing through the model's head..

let's fix the composition first before moving on to exposure..which i can't really comment cause my monitor sucks..
