Getting Started

Hey peeps,
I'm looking forward to leaving my current house in a few years so I thought I should look into properties along the Kelana Jaya line since my destination is in that line.
I looked at Kelana Jaya and Taman Melati:
a. Kelana Jaya is saturated so there wont be any new developments at least none that I've seen; and the apartments are too far from the station while the semi-d and linked houses are hard to come by or are very very expensive.
b. As for Taman Melati, there are flats and Putra Villa for sale but. The flats are a bad choice, but the Putra Villa goes for RM300k a piece minimum.
I'd like to buy a new property in development along Kelana Jaya line. Any ideas?
Thanks

QUOTE(eggyolk @ Feb 10 2010, 03:16 PM) Hmm how about single or double storey around KJ. How much is the market price there? you can check around in property sites right? if im not mistaken I saw some for 400k for double st. terrace. about the same as Subang, but with LRT going into subang, the house price ther might go up. QUOTE(blasto @ Feb 10 2010, 04:26 PM) one thing i notice ... even there is a LRT bus stop / route near by ... the property very easy to rent out. yeah; LRT = economical. students like to live in places with LRTs.
