Hey peeps,

I'm looking forward to leaving my current house in a few years so I thought I should look into properties along the Kelana Jaya line since my destination is in that line.

I looked at Kelana Jaya and Taman Melati:

a. Kelana Jaya is saturated so there wont be any new developments at least none that I've seen; and the apartments are too far from the station while the semi-d and linked houses are hard to come by or are very very expensive.

b. As for Taman Melati, there are flats and Putra Villa for sale but. The flats are a bad choice, but the Putra Villa goes for RM300k a piece minimum.

I'd like to buy a new property in development along Kelana Jaya line. Any ideas?

Thanks

On the drawing board I think there's a future condo project by the side of Kelana Jaya LRT station...... I think developer is Paramount.

you can check around in property sites right? if im not mistaken I saw some for 400k for double st. terrace. about the same as Subang, but with LRT going into subang, the house price ther might go up.

The 'old' Platinum Hill condo is becoming like a student hostel, filled with TAR college students. No doubt that appreciation of the property value is guaranteed.

Subang already a jam pack coz small roads with LRT coming in cause it more jam. Price might go up if the houses near LRT turn commercial.
