The E7 totally rocks compared to onboard soundcard lol.

Volume is definately much higher now and clarity is so much clearer.

I just love the EQ boost, doesnt drown the highs to much.

Have nothing else to reference it agaist I only own a astro mixamp which is design for games, and havent used it to listen with music much

So when lets say, if I start my E7.. and set USB Charge to Off..

does the E7 run from batt or run directly from usb power without passing the battery?

After hours of usage, I notice the battery status reduced by 1 bar.

Yeah, I gotta agree with some of the build quality imperfections on the E7.

Like mentioned above, my E7 metal edges is a rough, not sand down properly.

The mirror like front got some stain that is unremovable.

But it's still a good dac/amp for its price.

Probably qc not that top notch since the item has been a long awaited product... pretty sure the factory is rushing to meet the demands.

Hopefully they will improve their qc as times comes along

Am loving the E7 coz of the 2 headphone jack, sharing music with my gf now ;D

yeah good for quick referecing without pluging in and out of jacks.

before i use the E7, my headphones were plug directly to on board soundcard.. the highs were really really harsh and bright on the M50.. but seems the E7 made the it warmer now.. rocks!

is it possible to overcharge the battery?

would it still charge via usb still plugged in even the unit is on?
