DJ MARKET TALK:KNM Group +9.3%; Buyout Offer By Managing Director -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 0248 GMT [Dow Jones] KNM Group (7164.KU) last +9.3% at 82 sen after BlueFire Capital controlled by MD Lee Swee Eng offers to buy out of oil and gas services provider at 90 sen/share. "The stock could rise further to test 90 sen on arbitrage opportunity," says dealer. But AmResearch analyst Alex Goh says while there's a possibility that KNM's share price could move towards the 90 sen/share offer, "we are uncertain this offer will be realized"; adds spoke to KNM's management "and they seemed as surprised as us." Keeps Hold call with unchanged 82 sen target, pegged to a FY10 P/E of 13X, a 7% discount to KNM's 3-year average P/E of 14X, pending further details on offer.(ECH) |

well, even if very good results, share price can still go down futher if market sentiment is bad... One example is Harta... div given can't even cover its one day drop... Just look at back at Mar 09 price lor. Can give you a rough guide on how low things may go even though a company fundamental still intact.
