ur valve cover gasket bloody serious le .... now only u realize ah? .. this is called as engine oil seeping which normally takes a long time to lose the engine oil, but ur case is very serious jor ...
a cheaper alternative other than top overhaul, u can try just change the valve cover gasket ..
refer here if u wan to DIY ... bring out fix it for not more than RM40...

muffler is the one more towards cosmetic thus it is the one that can say quite useless compared to other parts of the exhaust system ...

sad to say, i don think u know shin's wira mods .. his engine is modded, ron95 doesnt work that well for him ...
piping stainless steels?! .. omg, my 1st time hearing about this ... can u plz find 1 out for me? all i know is there are white steel as in gulvanized steels for piping so that it wont rust ... 4-2-1 hotbits extractor around 400 to 500 ... muffler can get around 200+/- .... basically i suggest is just change the extractor if piping and muffler still can be used ... this results in less than Rm1k, if by my experience changing the whole system would be 250(pipings) + 500(extractor) + 250(muffler) = RM1k (this is on the maximum side) ...
either u got con at 1k to 1.2k or u just didnt survey or u just listen and never try on urself b4 ...

BTW, plz justify the part i bold ... do provide proof that after changing exhaust FC will be bad ... after changing to cap ayam extractor and muffler, i see no difference in my FC ...

this kind of stuff very hard to spoonfeed u la .. u gotta go out and ask ..

hotbits are just a brand .. just like powerzone ... both hotbits and powerzone have dyno proven 4-2-1 extractors ...
all u need to do is say wan to change the whole exhaust system ... not all exhaust shops have hotbits ... u need to ask around ...
if u lazy to search one by one, u can just go to EA autoworks by khguan and others ... search for hotbits at garage sales thread ...
changing to 4-2-1, u will hear a minor exhaust sound from the hood, if wan silent ride go for S-flow muffler ... piping is optional, i kept my stock piping as its still working .... if wan change also can, but don over 2" diameter ...

this remind me of last week ... on radio, the traffic report mention that 2 cars stalled and caused a major jam .. the reason is no petrol ... i LOL'ed bloody hard at the same time pity those stuck in the jam .. F**king idiotic drivers ... the reporter summore say, to those driver, next time plz take the public transport since they have no money for petrol ..



u got money then go for powerzone or hotbits ... IMO, hotbits are cheaper ... if u got limited money and wan change whole exhaust then go for normal one le but beware cap ayam might make things worst .. if u got tight budget, then just change the extractor, take out catcon replace with bullet (muffler is optional) ...
performance wise very subjective la ... i don think anyone got go do dyno just to test the difference of both normal and powerzone ...

1. all wira SOHC except for the 1.8 ... ur se is just normal 4g15
2. 31 to 33psi ... 210 to 230 kpa ...
3. rmb to check ur brake fluid, brake pads, engine oil level, radiator water, any leakage(oil/water/etc) .... if u got constantly monitor ur car then u can save up alot of these checking ...
4. a stock wira engine can use ron95 ... there is no solid proof that ron97 performs better or not but then many confirm that ron97 produces a better ride so its up to u ... and cash in ur wallet ..... fyi, there is no ron96 in msia, only ron95 and 97 ...


how much u get for the disc brakes? both front and rear ....

btw ppl, plz don use 450 per full tank la ... RM2 per km la ... use that universal "KM/L" .. this shows how many KM u ran per Litre of petrol ...
its universal coz when price increase or decrease it wont be affected ... summore u can get a more accurate average FC over a few months ...

i can hit 490km with full tank wert ... y? coz i use until really empty ... its totally not accurate at all ...
for me, i have an average of 11.9km/l over the past few months ... best was 17.7km/l and worst was 8.3km/l ....

thats just a phrase of words la ... 11.1km/l consider ok ma ... thats around my average la ...
the 17km/l i got when i travel on highway one ... thats y so good, else city drive always 10 to max 12km/l ...

wat year is ur car? .. svdo or mitsu? ...
most probably is ur mountings ... siemens vdo is a smart ecu, cannot be tuned one ... mitsu on the other hand can be tuned but i doubt it ...

yesterday when i was checking my car, realize the power steering bottle there got stains, the cap and the side all got stains ... cap problem?...

svdo the light doesnt good off one .. wat i do is just wait for the buzzing sound to go off then i crank d ... if i am not wrong, when u turn ur key to 'On', the ecu will lubricate ur engine thats y newer cars have no need to start the engine and wait for some time b4 moving ...

its been a long time, now start working jor no internet

a few problems i know when Engine Light lid up is engine oil not enough or speed sensor got problem ... or ur ecu problem .. lol

i now shift to BU jor, staying at my uncle's place ... no internet at home so nowadays online in those cafes or fast food restaurant ..
