N1 uses both GPS and AGPS. GPS is definately more accurate. However like everyone mentioned, Agps uses Gps with assistance of telco tower in areas where there is obstruction like buildings or trees, etc.

Google navigation works here, but voice navigation turn by turn is only available in the States so far. So no voice for us for now, but still can see the map being plotted.
