There is a Red Frame 2nd L with 2 katana. That one is a very rare B rank. It is something like Avalanche Exia.

Same thing. 2nd L is the name, kai just simply means custom.

I personally paint ALL my HGs. Although HGs nowadays comes with some variety of color plastics but trust me, after painting it looks SOOOOO much better. Still, recent HGs looks quite decend before painting. But if you look carefully, you cans spot some places which doesnt has the right color on it. The other reason why I paint all of them is because I love and enjoy the painting process.

If you dont like painting and whatnot, I suggest you get GFFs, Figures or MGs(altho MG is a pain to put together).

Who the heck told you that? The higher the grade is, the more variety of coloured plastic it has which explains why they are more expensive.

Well for painting wise, buy some cheapos ones to try and learn if you are still new at it. I think for now the cheapest is HG right? Since I didnt actually touch gunpla for so many years. If go further you will need a spray gun sooner or later. Higher grades doesnt mean it has no color or more color, it more towards its details level. Majority which I repainted last time is due to the default color that come with the kit doesnt look metalic or rugged enough, which usually along with some sanding job.

I dont think MG is a pain to put together la, unless it totally different compare to few years back. PG is really the pain in the ass la.

Hoho, the engineering of the MG change quite abit compared to the MG introduced during the 90s. I know this cause i got some of the 90s MGs nod.gif

Vaporize is not a big deal for 00R, the biggest deal is able to see your opponent naked....Thats the real stuff.

MGs will look VERY awsome even without painting. But still at least panel line it. The panel lining pen usually cost around rm 15, and it last for around 15kits.

You dont need sand paper. Trust me. Sand paper are used when you are trying to repaint the whole kit.

As for the paper knife, you can go in any model shop and ask for the tamiya modelling knife. They should have it. If they dont, tell them to close shop.

Why do you want a glue for? Again this cement is used for modellers who want to paint their whole model kit, and with this cement they can close the gap lines. Also, there is NO glue in the world that can replace modelling cement. Here is why. When you use super glue, it is actually the glue itself that holds the part together. But cement is different, when cement is applied on the plastic, the cement solution fuses two plastics together. They may look the same but believe me, they are totally different.

You can always order gundam marker online. Just search it up google and you are sure to find 2 or 3 shops online.

Well the modelling knife is not actually a must la. I still remember using a nail cutter to cut the parts off from the plastic sprues. Just do some sanding job on the parts later only. Cement? That the putty right? Shouldnt be hard to find though if you in city area. By the way I thought he wanted to paint his gunpla at the beginning?

Use a model cutter and modelling knife to cut of the pieces is so much better than using nail clippers. I used nail clippers initially when I new to gunpla cause I thought spending rm50 for a cutter is ridiculous. After my friend borrow me his cutter, I immediately go buy one. The difference is THAT much.

Well if he is a beginner, using gundam markers for practice should be enough.... Paint arent as easy to deal with as you thought. Different combinations etc. I remember last time when I switch from marker to paint, I made a big mess out of my HG Heavy Arms Custom EW. Luckily I was able to redo the painting. But still until today, I still use the gundam markers here and there cause they are so easy to use and convenient.

Well if he actually satisfied with the preset color, I think he can even skip the gundam marker, and settle with some simple panel lining job will do. Well I didnt actually start with gunpla but rather bb senshi. Then only move up tp 1/144 hg, and if my memory still serve well, its a zeta gundam. HG in the mid 90s is kinda plain, cut out the parts and snap them together, then do some panel lining with the panel lining pen only. Then only slowly move up to sanding, putty and paint job.
