O wow,i just drove past there today and the lake looked so nice with the Sapura building nearby and with new Condos surrounding the area.

Such a nice beautiful scenery!

so far the true stories i've heard was during the time when KL is having water problems.

drm has agreed to extract the water source from the mines lake.. during that time, the water drains to a level where you can see the old lorries head (a.k.a lori hantu)..rusty and lookin scary...

some guys who have gone fishing there admits, sometime they saw a sighting of a long, big unidentified type of fish (could be arapaima)...

It's not the world largest tin mine..But used to be an open cast open tin mine.

Well during the 80' when i 1st came to KL, I passed by this open cast mine b4..really huge & 1/4 covered wth water depp 1km below..& during early 90' ..It was fully covered wth water & now a big lake opwned by Country height group.
