Cash on Delivery. That means when you purchase something, both parties meet and trade. Safe and I guess that's one of the best method.

That's what I worry too, esp it is a custom order. I will request some $ as deposit to avoid FFK case. Else, I have to absorb the unit myself, which in my case cost a few grands.

i think need to cross the IC ....like put juz for lowyat.net use some kind of word to prevent ppl use it for other purposes...

just do like a "chop" on ur IC across ur IC copy by using photoshop
mention ur info such this IC copy for whom from where...
so they wont misuse ur copy to do illegal stuff...
and the IC copy should in black and white too to avoid duplicate another fake IC
