9650 is not for Asian market, not to jealous for.. "rattan" got lots of issue using that phone.. Just be patient and wait for 9700 OS6 will be much better..

Not necessary all depends on user requirement and language on the OS.. Some might need and some might not. But of course always use back the original Telco OS is always the best choice..

Yes different Telco have different OS, just installed according to your Telco provider.. It is the best OS and stable ones given by them..

Normally they take it down fast coz it is not official.. Try google you sure can found one, just take time..
