All notebook also don't come with MS Office, you need to buy it separately, You can consider OpenOffice, its free or MS Office 2010 beta, its free as well.
Pirated one, well you never know what they put in it, virus or trojan, etc..

need somehelp here.
my sister wants a laptop around rm2500. which brand is recommended is i'm not into mobile computing so much. she prefers compaq tho. and she wanted to do some photo editing ocassionally. was thinking Asus as they provide 2years warranty. thanks

Asus wise, Asus A42Jr/A52Jr@RM2599, i3 350M + ATi HD5470, same spec, different screen size 14''/15''

It has ATi HD4200 which is just an integrated GPU. ATi HD4570 or Nvidia G210M still better than it.

ATi HD4550 is a downclocked version of HD4570, with an overclocked it might better since it got DDR3 vram., it got the potential... Still, overclocking in a notebook is not really suggested since the limited space and cooling...
