U know what, making a police report doesnt solve anything. We all know malaysian police is crap.

Go and make a report at consumer's tribunal since he has a shop. He can run from LYN, but his shop can't run.

My dad bought a faulty TV from a reputable electronic shop a few years ago (Around RM 7k) and it busted after a few days. The shop repaired the TV for free, but it still went bust after a few days. Told the shop to fully refund us, but they didnt want to, so my dad made a report to consumer's tribunal. Around a month, we got the full 7k back.

Point is, dont go to the police, go to consumer's tribunal. Even if u dont have much proof, they will help u.
