That is the best way to resolve problems like this.

If buyer is so sure she got a fake unit or deserve a new set of NDS or got conned by TS then go tribunal.
If seller is so sure he did not do anything wrong or did not sell fake NDS then to report in tribunal and set a hearing date.

Let the tribunal decide who is right.

Already told you to report to tribunal but you insist want to settle it here. Already said no user talking to him since he is denying.

Also, you need to be the one reporting because you dealt with him. Cause if your friend were to report, he/she will need to report you because he/she dealing with you.

no fake xbox360 but got fake xbox360 charger? I am sure there are those chargers made in china for xbox360. Possibly yours is those fake charger?
