Haiyah... i Kena the same problem... after the first draw down u have to keep chasing the lawyers.. for my case my lawyer was very prompt and fast when it comes to respond. But she dont chase the seller's lawyer. The seller's lawyer is an asswipe good for nothing smug. Thinks the world of himself, made it sound like my case is insignificant. Always late when it comes to paperwork.
