when satisfaction has been taken into account at the first place,as if i were u,i wouldnt entertain him as he took his time checking the phone condition,if it was failed after the meeting or cash on delivery,i wouldnt take any responsibilities on it.we could accuse him for dropping the phone as well,there're too many probabiliites
