I've personally experienced the bad customer service from the staff at BSC, especially that malay guy (kamarul i think) who doesn't even bother to look at you when talking, thinking he's the boss or sumthing.. attitude problem. The other skinny chinese guy also quite blur in product knowledge, keep referring back to him ... ding dong ding dong.... sianz.

i do agree with u. went there to get a ps3. but the malay dude quoted me a singapore set for rm1290. that's pretty ridiculous right? and when i asked him whether it's cech 2106a or the old model, he said "i duno". but he said he's a gamer n etc etc. feel abit disappointed. but he wasn't rude la. pretty friendly n likes to laugh.

Thats why I said service is the most important here. I dont mind paying a bit more if whatever I asked or enquired are answered. A lot of seller in KL and PJ basically treat their customer like idiot and they also have attitude problems. They either dont know anything that you asked, or simply said I dont know. TavernKeeper is the only seller that I know that take extra effort to answer my many questions and if he dont know, he will admit it and then the best thing is that he calls you back with the answer.

There are 2 malay fellas there, both fat/big looking. The shorter one is the lansi one.

According to the best online vendor of this shop, the shop is one of the best game shop/reliable/honest/reasonable in Malaysia. Every time when you need to get something there, you must CLEARLY state you are from LYN or look for the boss, then you would get a special discounted rate from them. If not you will get chop on your neck with a ridiculous price.

in other words it's just another conman shop, dood.

Most shops does that. The only one that i know without asking where you from is Bernard and Crystal at Pertama Kompleks. the only thing is I lazy to go there

Why should shopowners treat certain customers royally while the others are duped to hell?

Another reliable seller is nelson in puchong, prices are great for anyone, not only lowyat.

He does delivery to homes even !

i never be a groupy of a certain game shop. I go to the shop that can offer me the best price. even if the shop is my friend's

that is called, COMMON SENSE. getting a good game with the cheapest price.

Since you guys are so good at criticising gameshops, why don't you guys open a shop say around 1500 sq feet in Midvalley, Bangsar, 1 Utama or any premium shopping centre in KL or PJ? Then talk!

every shop is different. they have their own ways of doing business. whether you like it or not is you opinion.

I strongly believe that before we ever start to criticize or complementing any shop, we should first state what we want in a shop. (exmpl. good service, deliveries, etc)
every judgement has got to have a basis or guidelines to what it stands for.

i need one of those how much if i take 10 box ? make sure its wholesale price

i am earning 5 figures salary. I dont need my daddy to help me to set up my online shop. I got my own hard earned money.and, i play games to relax, not profit. There are a lot of shops in lyn forum, but the level of ass lickery between you know who is absolutely 'exhilarating'. Everybody is trying to get the profit, but no need lah to say handsome like justin timberlake lah, best shop is malaysia lah, geli la wei. might as well get a room. other people is strictly business, but here

and I have experienced shop that do not need to quote myself from LYN, but still they give me god price. Tech two for example, I just walk by his shop and gave me NDSIXL for RM700. I once ask the bext shop in Bangsar kononnya, and the dude knows me, and quoted rm800. wtf. Tech2 dont know me, after the purchase then only i introduced myself. True story. Bernard too. When I first me him, that time he still dont know how to repair 360's 3rod. still gave me a good price on MGS Portable Ops. So? In conclusion, to rape customers even if they are not from LYN forum, is WRONG and UNETHICAL. Period.
