Three years ago I bought an unit of COWAY RO water filter dispenser.
But every two months, the service personnel need to come to service the unit (cleaning the filter and sometime replace the filter cartridge).
After two years, need to topup service fee, I decided not to topup.
Now, I am using Panasonic water filter, the genuine original Panasonic filter cartridge are available for everyone to purchase, and we can change it our self easily.

But Panasonic filter does not has cold water hot water capability, what I did is to connect the output of Panasonic filter to input of COWAY water filter dispenser.
In this way, I can get rid of all the COWAY filter cartridges and connect the water tube directly to water tank, so the water purifying is rely on Panasonic filter cartridge entirely.
