it depends on the tenants itself,if the tenants are very harsh in doing things,what i mean is like ,slamming doors windingly when he can close it slowly,theres a breaking windows or etc,then only u can be extra careful,so far renting apartment to ppl isnt a big deal 2 us*eventho the apartment isnt mine*,but the cleanliness isnt an aspect in this thing,as the dirt can be cleaned/removed.
