by the way, i was just wondering about the difference between MFM's standard gmapsupp & gmapsupp lite and how big a difference can it be when used on our 5800xm.

i have been using the full version (3 updates so far) and apart from the laggy response while navigating, i find it ok to use. i have yet to use the lite version bcoz everytime i installed the lite version, my GMXT hangs more frequently, hence i reverted to using the full version (kept the full map in another folder, so i just moved back the gmapsupp to garmin folder to overwrite the lite version.).

i tried using Xploit Machine's version of Lite Garmin folder (Hey XM, if that GPX is correct, we know where you stay! harharhar!) which has the lite map ver. 100111 but the hang issue cropped up again so now i'm back to using the full map ver. 091221.

i'm thinking of putting in lite ver. 100125 but i dread of the hang issue again. is the improvement on using the lite version really so good that it is worth having hang kei issue over and over again?

BTW xploit how to make myself a full and non lag map?

its not hard to make the map, if u download he original file from MFM themself .. extract n the Map creator pops out, choose Full Polygon + Road POI + Non-Laggy, and use it with my lite edition Garmin folder (which has been pre-configed) 

tats all .. the map lags due to settings clashes with map 

I dont know what is the problem of my phone now.
There is no notification shown in front of the homescreen whenever I got miss call or new messages.
Not a big deal but the notification will be there before this.

iam also still encounter a prob...
when i try to install an apps, an error msg came "unable to start operatio, installer already in use"
what the heck is that mean? i dun have any program runnin behind at all.

i have too reisntall the fw to get it fix....twice!!!

hehehe... the full + topo lagi bagus... u can even know where those hill side
for me the lite or full all sama saja during navigation, all update rate about 2Hz mean 2 FPS but i like the full maps more due to it show all those nice polygon of the building area so i can roughly know how's the actual area layout (this is same as having 3d landmark to help us identify mana mau pergi)
