Just to share with you guys some of my favourite char siew around klang valley.

actually i tot FSF is quite good, char siew zai depends on the cut they give u, sometimes they give u measly cut and sometimes they give u good parts.

meng kee not so nice already. n i like ah khai's chunky cut.

it all boils down to personal preference because unlike the caramelized version with sweet sticky sauce, Choon Yien’s version is simmered with some soy based gravy and sprinkled with garlic crust.
