QUOTE(freddy manson @ Jan 22 2010, 12:52 PM) Gouki... itu achew memang raja racun ha ha ha.. but like what ieR bro said in previous thread~ the tamron 17-50mm f2.8 is great for portrait to separate the subject from the background with shallow DOF at f2.8. Great for body like a200 to maintain lower ISO. The CZ1680 is definately a better match with the a550 or a700 replacement as i plan in future~ he'll poison u with everything that he have wahahahaha.. have to think properly before opening this thread.. if ur anti-poison is not updated then surely gonna loose.. |

QUOTE(Kul | Mo0 @ Jan 22 2010, 01:25 PM) freddy manson : I where got poison people wan? XD same to me~ my f42 is always with me too~ but i love the f2.8 bokeh~ Gouki : What you said is true also la. But for me my f58 is fitted in to my camera almost 90% of the time. So f2.8 not that important to me. (: QUOTE(finejava @ Jan 22 2010, 01:32 PM) wah, taikor~ dont like this leh~ the venom is strong~! QUOTE(finejava @ Jan 22 2010, 01:54 PM) Gouki: IMHO, i would go for a sharp lens 1st then only DOF...good sharp lens is hard to find...as for DOF you can PP it with photoshop... hmmm~ according to ieR bro mentioned, seems the Tamron is sharp enough for my casual use even at f2.8 lar~even though i got myself constant 1.8 & 2.8...but i'll usually do my shoots at F4...as that is the optimum level whereby the lens best perform... my 2 cents p.s: my CZ just only sold to destfull... my a700...ehm...waiting for FF replacement model... but i know the CZ1680 is damn sharp~ but the extra 800bux~ i tot plan to match it with the a700 replacement few months down road in package~ QUOTE(The Wonder @ Jan 22 2010, 01:57 PM) Lol... I oso got one very similar wah~ poison~~~~ 80mm F4.5 @ 1/160. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

QUOTE(finejava @ Jan 22 2010, 02:14 PM) Gouki: i sold off all 3 of my lens(sony 50mm F1.4, sigma 10-20mm, sony 18-250mm, 16-80 zeiss) just to get a 2 FF zeiss lens...and most of my lens is just aged of 2 mths...for that particular reason...i buta buta rugi few hundred... i know what u mean~ currently my a200 is pairing with the 18-250 lens coz i travel a lot so i need the versatility~ since i have the intention of getting another new semi-pro apsc body in new future~ i guess i dun mind having a little collection of lens for myself to play around~ if ur planning to get a 16-80z in the future...u better get now...rather than wasting money starting with other lens 1st... my 2 cents QUOTE(lwliam @ Jan 22 2010, 02:16 PM) sounds good to me~ This post has been edited by Gouki: Jan 22 2010, 02:23 PM |

QUOTE(ahtsong @ Jan 22 2010, 04:35 PM) i like both....haha tell me~ i am considering the tamron and the CZ1680~ ur advise? i like the tamron contant large aperture~ but the CZ is poisonous too~ actually i just got my 1750 not long ago, i keep my sal16105 due to my wife can use it. both are very good lens in dif occasion. 1750 - sharper then 16105, 2.8 constant, good in low light, very good MFD 16105 - better color contrast, reasonable sharp, very versatile to use due to the range and size especially for travel. |

QUOTE(ahtsong @ Jan 22 2010, 04:44 PM) 1750 might be more useful on A500 / A550 or even A700 in high ISO...sometime nonit to use flash whoa~ nice~! how~ CZ, tamron, CZ, tamron~ >.<sharper in the sense of same F number, the tammy gain more sharpness after F4, and yes 16105 build like rock a sample of tammy at 50mm ISO 500, 2.8, 1/80s » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |
