Dun believe in brand war. A camera is still just a tool. Canon is NOT the inventor of the camera anyway, so what makes him think that Canon is not a copycat in that sense?

and the lens i found in the cupboard previously cant b used anymore... i went to international camera today and they said the fungus stained there ad... the best thing is my body n kit lens are not infected so no need cleaning... very nice ppl over there.....

I just reached 1k on my a550 and I'm so glad I chose this camera as my first DSLR. From a point-and-shoot compact camera to a point-and-shoot DSLR. For me, nothing beats that!!!

to be frank i like the way u process/compose ur shots..u have a very strong personal style which i think its important for a photographer..nomatter wad brand u choose..im sure u'll do well there...^^

Rangefinder systems are just not meant for macro, or a lot of things! Also by using the adapter you lose the ability to focus using the rangefinder. You also introduce more parallax error than the viewfinder can compensate for.

Do not confuse this with the D-Lux 4 which is just a rebadged Panasonic LX-3.
