hhmm..how does this raf thingy works? i saw in utube that the lvl 1 fella standing org got their free lvl to 60 in just few mins....we still can do this now?

lets say i am usin a main account here, got a lvl 80...and wanna play a new class start from lvl 1....is there anyway to pump it by using the raf? or i only can give the new account lvl?
